Grafting in the Cabin 2026
Friends, I’m pleased to announce that grafting class registration is now open for spring 2026. I’d like to share why I think you will enjoy grafting your very own apple tree with us:
- Choice of dwarf, semi-dwarf, or semi-standard rootstock
- 2 gallon pot provides ample room for rootstock and your tree may remain in this pot for another year, if desired
- Typically over 50 varieties to choose from including fresh eating, cooking, long keeping, cider, and red-fleshed apples
- Safety is our number 1 priority. Tools made available include traditional grafting knives, a Zenport grafter, an interlocking style grafter, and safety gloves if desired.
- Guaranteed grafting success or repeat grafting included
- No experience needed! All instruction is provided
- $30 for one tree and $20 for each additional tree to max of 3 trees
- 10 student maximum per class with personalized instruction
Each grafting class is held from10am-1pm on selected Saturdays in March and April in historic Brownsburg. Grafting will take place in our new log cabin on-site. You are invited to stay for an orchard tour afterwards.
